Vision
- With 285 acres of land and available capital fund, expansion activities have started for adding new cow shelters, land levelling, laying internal roads, tree plantation, additional storage for fodder and other stores, additional computers and support systems, and construction of boundary walls.
- With donations coming in, expansion process will accelerate to enhance shelter capacity from 1851 to 10,000 cows in the first stage, increasing the shelters from the present count of 16 to 80 in short term.
- Side by side, public services, revenue generation activities for self-reliance, protection of land from encroachment.
- Install a fodder production facility on goshala land when cattle population reaches 10,000 to meet internal needs and supply to smaller goshala’s in the state, using compost from within.
- Install a modern veterinary hospital in the campus for health care of cows with attached lab for studying different breeds and behaviors.
- Open a training center in the campus for training in cow care to other small goshalas.
- Build a magnificent temple in the campus for Lord Krishna in the campus in collaboration with renowned institution.
- Develop and nurture all the natural scenes, landscapes, water bodies, hillocks, greenery, flora and fauna as a tourist destination to generate revenue for self-sustenance.
- Build an exhibition showcasing cows as being central to all the ancient Indian customs, family values, community life, culture and traditions that is unknown to the current generation.
- Build a community hall for large gatherings in marriages, and other kinds of public celebrations, seminars and conferences.
- Provide open sit outs and covered canopies for rest, family rest place and rain shelters.
- Build befitting memorial for founders for inspiration and gratitude.
- Provide model services (feed, shelter and health care) In place cow care for their wellbeing and educational purpose.
- Develop socially useful fruit orchards for tourist attraction and sale.
- Conduct sponsored events connected with cow, land, farming, organic science, Homa/Yagna, temple rituals, Bhajans, Maha Aarati for public on revenue earning mode for self-sustenance.
- Produce all varieties of cattle feeds in house to move towards swabalambi/atmaniravar/self-reliance as a policy, barring a few items like Jaggery which can be purchased from outside.
- Disseminate knowledge about the scientific benefits of cow seva, cow products, by-products, and organic life style.
Expand goshala services in social, cultural, recreational, scientific, health and wellbeing and religious rituals by doing all or any of the above. Website and technology upgradation is only the beginning. Build internal capability to absorb technology at all levels of goshala and bring competence and balanced organization to deliver results.
Land is in hand, intentions are loud and noble, trustees and volunteers are committed, and expansion blueprint is ready. Only the shortage of fund holding up the growth. Donations will accelerate growth and turn these dreams into reality.
